The Tribute is a ten-year-old community that, like all mature communities, had lost the appeal of being ‘new and shiny’ and continued to fight school district perception issues despite an acclaimed onsite school. The community was looking to re-grand open with ten new model homes, new neighborhoods and newly announced amenities with a renewed emphasis on the natural and social lifestyle offered on this lakeside peninsula. A limited media budget in a very crowded market included only digital, limited billboard use and strategic print ads. The website and community collateral were in need of a refresh as well.
