Taste of Union Park

The Taste of Union Park was developed as a one-day festival to showcase the amenities and completion of the central park, as well as their role in the lifestyle program available at the community – to bring back prospects and create mass public awareness of the community.

Event highlights included a hot air balloon, face painting at the pavilion, food trucks, chair massages at the pool, free kites in the park for children, live music and bubble soccer in the park, local school choir performances and registration for free Roughriders Baseball tickets.  Visitors were encouraged to visit each model home to register for prizes. Over 1,000 people attended and were exposed to the beautiful facilities and experienced a small slice of the lifestyle program.

Pomona Block Party

The Pomona Block Party event was designed as a public Grand Opening to unveil the new model home village, community lake, and amenity center. Prospects, Realtors and the General Public were invited to enjoy the free event and entertainment, as well as activities and tour the model homes for chances to win prizes. Thousands attended, home sales directly related to the event were made and the event created a groundswell of awareness for the Pomona community.

Whisper Valley

This event was created to promote and position this new community as the future of zero energy sustainable homes, healthy and fun lifestyle, and smart home technology at an affordable price.  It incorporated the unique area vibe through local art, music & food. Community tours and presentations, cooking and organic gardening demos & more introduced the community concept to buyers. It was a huge success, drawing 400 attendees, helping to sell 14 homes and set 10 additional appointments with serious buyers within the following month. Builders were overwhelmed by buyer interest from this event! A two-week campaign was dedicated to promoting this event through a multi-pronged media blitz.

Here’s a taste of what the event featured: Community Bus Tours & Model Home Tours; Cooking demonstrations in the BOSCH Show Kitchen; Organic gardening lessons; Live Music by the pool; Free Food from local food trucks and restaurants; A live art installation; Imagine Art Pop Up Art Gallery; Electric Bike consumer giveaway
